Established in 2012, Tiryaki LİDAŞ is one of the Tiryaki Anadolu Holding companies, managing Tiryaki Agro’s operations in Türkiye. As the first licensed warehousing company founded by the private sector in Türkiye, it holds a pioneering position in the industry.
With a total storage capacity of 124,000 tons across its facilities throughout the country, Tiryaki LİDAŞ ensures the safe, traceable, and sustainable storage of agricultural products. Thanks to fully automated systems, agricultural commodities are transferred into silos using a top-loading method, without human contact and under hygienic conditions—maximizing both quality and operational efficiency.
Operating under the Licensed Warehousing Law, Tiryaki LİDAŞ continues its mission to ensure the security and quality of agricultural products, facilitate their trade through commodity certificates, and promote widespread market accessibility across Türkiye.

Advantages for Producers Delivering Products to Licensed Warehouses
Producers delivering products to licensed warehouses gain economic benefits such as tax exemptions, low-interest loan support, and warehouse rent incentives.
Tax Exemptions*
- Exemption from 2% agricultural withholding tax
- Exemption from 20% income and corporate taxes
- Exemption from 1% VAT
*Valid until December 31, 2028
Warehouse Rent Support
From the 2025 harvest year through 2027
- Warehouse rent support rate: 75%
- Transportation and analysis fees have been waived.
Credit Interest Support for Producers Against ELÜS (Licensed Warehouse Receipt)
Through T.C. Ziraat Bankası and Ziraat Katılım Bankası, producers who deliver their products to licensed warehouses in exchange for Electronic Warehouse Receipts (ELÜS) receive a 100% discount on credit interest for loans up to 75% of the receipt value, with a maximum term of 9 months, in accordance with their production capacity.
